By using the Nyangu website, mobile apps, or related services (“Services”), you agree
to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use Nyangu.
Our Role
Nyangu provides technology tools for connecting property owners, tenants, and guests.
Nyangu is not a real estate agent, financial institution, or legal representative, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or user information.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to use Nyangu. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Permitted Use
You may use Nyangu only for lawful purposes related to property rental, leasing, or booking.
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading listings;
- Upload illegal or harmful content;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Circumvent platform security;
- Use bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting tools;
- Engage in discrimination, fraud, or harassment.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (listings, photos, reviews), but grant Nyangu a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for service delivery and marketing purposes. Nyangu reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Fees and Payments
Certain features (e.g., premium listings or verification) may attract fees. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Paystack. All payments are non-refundable except as required by Nigerian law.
Third-Party Links and Services
Nyangu may link to third-party sites or integrate with external services (e.g., map providers, payment processors). We are not responsible for external content or services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, graphics, and software on Nyangu are the property of Nyangu Technology Limited or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Services without written consent.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy . By using Nyangu, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Nyangu is not liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from use of the Services;
- Errors, inaccuracies, or unavailability of listings;
- Acts or omissions of landlords, agents, or tenants;
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the affected Service.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably; failing which, disputes shall be submitted to the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) or a court of competent jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.

Termination
Nyangu may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
